All Our Dogs Have Been DNA Tested by Embark
To ensure that our buyers receive healthy puppies, all our adult breeders undergo a comprehensive health test. We do this to check if they have health concerns that are known to affect some of the terrier breeds.
The usual illnesses that we check for are the following:
- PLL (Primary Lens Luxation)
- SCA (Spinocerebellar Ataxia)
- LCP (Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease)
All our shortie adults and puppies are also PLL and SCA Clear by test or parentage.
Ready for Their Forever Homes
Our puppies are ready to go to their forever homes when they are 8 weeks old. Our puppies come with a one-year health guarantee, a sample of puppy food, a toy, and a blanket with their mama's scent. Lots of love and kisses for you and, of course, a little pre-spoiled.
The puppies are started on litter box potty training as well. Their tails are tipped, and dewclaws are removed. They will be on our worming regimen at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age. In addition, they are up to date on their puppy shots. We love each one of these babies that comes into our lives and are looking for families that will make their new puppy part of their family.
